Chinese Fan Palm, Livistona chinensis
The drooping ends of the fronds make this an especially attractive palm.  Some people mistake the Chinese  fan palm for a cabbage palm.  One way to identify the Chinese fan palm is to look at the frond petiole for small, sharp spikes pointed inward.

Their smaller stature make them a good choice as a divider when planted in a row.
A grouping of Chinese fan palms with varying heights forms a  wall of feathery palm fronds.  It makes and oustanding tropical screening.
