Oleander, Nerium oleander

Oleanders display flowers in spring, summer, and fall.  They can be planted in a cluster for a break in a screening.

Unlike most flowering shrubs that require full sun ,oleanders do fine in partial shade.  Here a single yellow oleander is planted as an accent speciment next to a century plant.

Oleanders make a nice colorful hedge.  White is another popular color.  Here, red flowers of the oleander are seen peaking over gamma grass.

The dwarf variety of oleander  called petite salmon grows to about four feet tall.

Petite salmon and petite pink are the two dwarf oleander favorites.
